Description
Switch to registering receiver via ContextCompat to be able to set required flags and avoid static analyzers issues for package users like described in the #3488.
Due to addition of androidx.core bumped minSDK to 21, but don't consider it an issue due to recent Flutter versions already having 24 as min.
